Positive: The open layout, kitchen and living area was great, plus a lot of sleeping accommodation options with the 3 bedrooms, loft with sleeping mat an pullout couch.
Negative: So. Many. Stairs. Not only to get to the front door but there were 3 short levels (sort of a split or tri- level layout ). Thankfully our kids are older and up for the challenge so it was a fun adventure. The worst part was not being able to open the windows!! So many windows but none of them had screens. We tried to open two different windows but the top pane would fall into the bottom part and it was really difficult to pull it back up and required two people. I was really looking forward to feeling the fresh air and hearing the ocean so that was really really disappointing.
